In further news, on May 3, Munsia Miss, Efaz and I went to Streetwise to deliver Tk 6000 from the total Tk 1200 collected for the two organizations (the other half goes to the DDWA). We were shown the bead jewelry the kids had made - come Autumn, we're going to have a Streetwise stall in our HOPE Fair (still in conceptual stage) where we sell these to raise funds for the kids there.
As summer approaches, we're going to be looking at a couple of new projects. The first is a Health & Sanitation survey project in collaboration with an NGO called Shushasthya...this is being negotiated. More details will be available once the dotted lines have been signed. Till then, cheerio!
